The tours lasts approximately 3 Hours Total (Men's Group - 2hrs, Epileptic Colony - 1hr)
There is a 30 Minute gap between both tours.
The site contains potential hazards (crumbling roads and paths, broken glass, overgrowth, etc.)
The tour is at night and will therefore be dark outside
Children 16+ may attend with a parent or legal guardian
